Salad Dressings without Oils

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (dairy or soy)
  • 3 TBS orange juice
  • 4 TBS lime juice
  • 3 TBS fresh parsley/cilantro
  • 2 TBS water
  • 1 TBS onion puree
  • 1/2 tsp. tumeric
  • Dash of Black Pepper

Traditional

  • 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar or Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • Dash of Black Pepper
