As we step into the fall, it’s the perfect time to get back into healthy routines, and I’m excited to announce that my health chats events are back!
Instead of Meetup, I have decided to move to a new platform — our Facebook group! This will allow us to connect more easily. Join us there to stay informed about all the upcoming events, take part in discussions and find Zoom links to attend our events!
We’ll be gathering twice a month on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM to explore a range of health and wellness topics that will help you maintain balance and vitality.
